Parking & Getting Around

Getting Around

- The hotels are located in Downtown Austin and are a short 1 minute walk from each other.
- Many attractions, bars and eateries are all within walking distance from hotels.
- If wanting to explore other areas in and around Austin, we recommend using a ride share app to save you money and the hassle of parking. Most other attractions are about a 10-20 minute ride, depending on traffic.
- Uber, Lyft, Fasten, Ride Austin, and Fare are just a few of the ride share companies that operate in Austin.
- For those who would like to explore further out/day trips, we recommend hiring a car for a day or two to knock this out at the start or end of your trip to save you from parking costs.

Day of Wedding:
- The wedding and reception will be at Canyonwood Ridge in Dripping Springs. This is a 30-45 minute drive from Downtown Austin (depending on traffic).
- Free parking is available on site at the wedding venue.
- For those without cars, or wanting to have a few drinks, we recommend meeting in the lobby and splitting a trip with other wedding-goers using a ride sharing app (apps mentioned above).
- To ensure you make it there with plenty of time, we recommend scheduling in advance a 3.45pm pick-up from the hotel and an 11.15pm pick-up from the venue. Ride share apps will now allow you to pre-schedule your pick-up time & location.

- For those with cars, both hotels have onsite valet carparking with an underground, securty guarded parking lot. This is available for around $42/night.
- Alternatively, other garage and metered parking locations are available near the hotels for a lower price.
- The closest options near the hotels: ParkX - street parking, Laz parking lot, Littlefield parking garage, Convention & Visitors Center parking garage.
- Garage and metered parking locations:
- Park Me – locates parking spots and gives you distance/pricing/real time occupancy levels:
- ParkX app : Pay for parking on your phone rather than coming back and forth every 3 hours.
